In order to become a Premier Member:
1. Contact an art consultant at any of our Art of the South Galleries to
have your name and address in our data base with an art consultant
assigned.

3. You will be given a password for the Premier Member page.
4. Please Note: If you create an account on our web site for
ordering, you will be given a unique password that only you will be able
to use to access your account. The password for the Premier Member
page is different from you account password.
5. Your Premier Member Gold Passport will arrive in the mail.
Terms of use:
The terms of use of the Premier Membership and the Premier Member Gold
Passport will be determined by the management of Art of the South Family
of Galleries. Terms may be changed or amended from time to time at the
sole discretion of Art of the South Galleries. Terms of use will be
posted on this web page. If these terms and conditions change, this web
page will be updated. Continued use of the Premier Member Gold Passport
Card, will acknowledge your acceptance of those new terms and
conditions. Art of the South also reserves the right to discontinue
program at any time without notice.

listed above:
1. Certain pages are password protected. Certain pages are for Premier
Members only and require a password to access these pages. The password
may change from time to time. If this happens, just simply contact your
Art Consultant. These password protected pages will have savings listed
as specials of the week and specials of the month.
2. Savings when you shop On Line: Specials of the week and specials of
the month will be available as long as supplies last. Specials are
subject to be withdrawn without prior notice.
3. Savings even when you shop at other Merchants: Special savings from
participating merchants are subject to those selected merchant's own
terms and conditions. Those terms will be found on their web page or
will be given to you by one of their representatives. After signing up
and getting your password, simply go to the Premier Members page for a
list of participating merchants and a link to their web page. Please
note that Art of the South is not affiliated in any way with the
merchants that offer member's savings.
4. A Premier Member Gold Passport Membership Card will be mailed to you
after we determine that you have met the qualifications of becoming a
Premier Member
5. *Savings when you visit the gallery: In addition to the on line
specials, you will receive savings when you visit one of our galleries
in person. These savings are only valid at Art of the South Galleries.
Please note that not all Thomas Kinkade Galleries are Art of the South
Galleries. In order to become a Premier Member, no purchase is
necessary and there is no cost to become a Premier Member. As a Premier
Member who has never purchased from us before, you will be entitled to
all the benefits listed above and savings on web orders. The additional
savings for open edition products purchased at one of our galleries are
for Level 1, 2, and 3 members. Those savings require purchase levels
before receiving special pricing for in-gallery purchases. These levels
of savings are based on your prior years purchases.
Level 1: If your purchases from January 1, 2005 through now are more
than $950.00, you are a level one Premier Member and are entitled to a
10% savings on all open edition and gift product that is purchased in
one of our galleries (Savings do not apply to web orders).
Level 2: If your previous years purchases are more than $2,500.00, you
are entitled to a 15% savings on all open edition and gift product that
is purchased in one of our galleries (Savings do not apply to web
orders).
Level 3: If your previous years purchases exceed $5,000.00, you are
entitled to a 20% savings on all open edition and gift product that is
purchased in one of our galleries (Savings do not apply to web
orders).

6. Birthday presents consist of a $10.00 store credit towards anything
you would like to get that day. Simply present your Gold Passport
Premier Membership Card and a valid ID that shows your date of birth at
any of the participating Art of the South Galleries
listed above. You will receive a store credit to be used only on
that day. No minimum purchase required. Purchase anything and have
your birthday present applied to the purchase.
