    From the artist...

When I go for a walk in the forest alone, I'm often caught up by the sound of the wind blowing thru the leaves or needles of the pines. I am reminded of a curious statement Jesus made about knowing where the Spirit is moving by seeing His activity much like seeing the effect of the wind on the trees.

  • Light of Faith by Abraham Hunter

    From the artist...

Light Of Faith has several spiritual elements that I would like to share with you. The dramatic sky is a representation of heaven. It is almost as if the sky is inviting you into Heaven. The main light source in the painting is hidden behind the clouds. We don't see Jesus' face right now, but we see His creation, His love, and His light. On earth, we must have faith and believe in Him without seeing him. At the same time, I wanted the lighthouse to represent our guidance from the Spirit on our journey through life. .~ Abraham Hunter

  • Toast to Paris by Robert Finale

    From the artist...

It is a rainy evening in Paris; my wife and I decide that it is time to get a table and toast to the blessings which brought us to the majestic city of lights. As the glow of the Eiffel tower lights up the rainy streets surrounding us, we take in the sounds of the various people passing by. Families shop for this and that, couples sharing their first romantic date, and those like us, taking in the sights and enjoying an evening in this breathtaking city.

    From the artist...

For many years now I have been the lone person (that I know of) who has not seen a bear in the mountains around Gatlinburg. It has become a joke amongst my friends, because bears are seen so often there. Therefore, I depend on my photos from bears in captivity for my paintings.

  • Magnificent Destiny by Rod Chase

    About the painting...

The Jefferson Memorial is seen across the tidal basin with Washington's famous cherry blossoms framing the scene. Jefferson was the only man in his day to foresee the "magnificent destiny" due our great nation. He was responsible for the Lewis and Clark Expedition which eventually led to uniting our country from shore to shore.

  • Boundaries by Mark Keathley

    From the artist...

Across the landscape of time, tribes have roamed and settled in areas so that they could live by the customs which had been handed down to them and be free in their pursuits and daily lives. It is what causes the spread of civilization - that desire to set up a new world where "it will be different" and "we can be free." The world as these tribes knew it was only what they experienced and the "boundaries" of their world were only as far as they could travel.

  • New Beginning by Abraham Hunter

    From the artist...

When I was commissioned to paint Noah's Ark, I was at first intimidated by the daunting task of trying to capture such an epic explosion of renewed life on canvas. In reverence for the subject, I waited until I felt the inspiration and had no limit on the time I needed to devote to it.

  • Light of the World by Mark Keathley

    From the artist...

By way of virgin birth, God side stepped the curse of sin and entered the world as man was originally created to be - Connected to the father by His indwelling Spiritual Life - ETERNAL LIFE. This LIFE was to be the Light of Men (that governing force within men which could guide each man in the light.) He was the Lamb of God born to “take away the sin of the world” (that self powering force which drives all men born in Adam to live separate from God.)

  • Never Forsaken by Abraham Hunter

    From the artist...

I went to visit my grandmother for her birthday for lunch and I wanted to give her something special from my heart. Early that morning, I took out an 18x24 canvas that I had hand stretched and just let my heart guide my hand until I finished a few hours later. It turned into a painting with a very special message.
